Lynn University faced its first loss of the season this week, falling to Barry (1-3) and snapping a 23-game winning streak. The defeat knocked Lynn from the No. 1 spot—where they had remained since the preseason poll—down to No. 6 in this week’s AVCA Division II Women’s Volleyball Rankings.

While the top four teams in the poll remain steady, Ferris State and Wayne State jump to 5 and 6 after being 7 and 8 a week ago. Previously No. 11 and No. 12 Cal Poly Pomona and St. Cloud State both rise as well, rounding out the top 8.

After entering the poll last week, Angelo State continues to shine as they are now 10-1 and jump to No. 14 in this week's poll.
