The Campbell Camels are set to take on the Texas A&M Aggies in the first round of the 2025 NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Championship on December 5, after clinching their first-ever CAA Volleyball Championship title.

The story of CAA volleyball this fall is Towson’s electrifying 13-match winning streak, now the longest in Division I volleyball.

The final week of CAA women’s volleyball play shook up the standings. While Elon remained steady in third place, Hofstra slipped to sixth. Despite the reshuffling, only one team separates the two in the rankings. This weekend, Elon and Hofstra face off in Hampstead, N.Y., on Saturday, Oct. 4, in what promises to be the highlight of the CAA volleyball weekend.

CAA volleyball's fourth week delivered action and drama across the conference, as Hofstra and Towson continued their dominant runs, and rising programs made their mark on both sides of the net.

William & Mary and Campbell have been neck and neck since week one, and no more than two teams have stood between them in the rankings since. After missing the first weekend of conference play, the two teams jump into CAA action on Sept. 26, 6 p.m. ET in Williamsburg, Va., ready for a fight.

CAA volleyball saw exciting action this past week, highlighted by Hofstra’s continued undefeated campaign and impressive streaks from Towson (W9) and Campbell (W6).

This weekend kicks off CAA play, and the Charleston vs. Towson game might just be the highlight. On Sept. 20, these two top teams will face off in Towson, Md., to set the tone for conference season.

This weekend brings the battle of the Huskies in college volleyball. Northeastern and UConn volleyball share more than just their mascot — they share an even 3-3 tie in their history of play against each other. On Sept. 14, the tie will be broken in a matchup between these rivals.

As teams settled into play, stronger cohesion and skilled performance made for a great week of CAA women’s volleyball matches. The time has given lower teams the chance to rise to the occasion, Towson (No. 2) and Campbell (No. 3) being two of the standouts.

The William & Mary women’s volleyball team faces an exciting non-conference test on Saturday, Sept. 13, when the Tribe heads to Lynchburg to take on Liberty University. For a program seeking to build momentum ahead of Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) play, the matchup offers both challenge and opportunity.

Closing in on one week of CAA women’s volleyball, the season is off to a fiery start. Hofstra tops the standings with North Carolina A&T, Stony Brook and Northeastern respectively follow closely behind. All top three check in undefeated going into week two.
