Serbia Women's Volleyball Strikes Offensive Pose
The Serbia women's volleyball team qualified for World Championships with a victory over Poland, but an offensive pose struck in celebration is taking away from that victory.

Serbia's women's volleyball team punched its ticket to the 2018 FIVB Women's World Championship in Japan after beating Poland in the European Women's Qualifier on Sunday evening, but it's not the scores of the match or Serbia's undefeated record that has everyone talking.
After their qualifying victory, the Serbian women posed for a celebration photo, appearing to strike a racist pose in reference to the World Championships being hosted by Japan.
According to Deadspin, the FIVB originally used this photo to accompany the story about the game but later removed it. The photo still appears in a tweet from the FIVB about the match, which the European volleyball federation CEV retweeted.
