Ferris State and Fresno Pacific Women's Volleyball keep winning, but there’s movement behind them in the Week 8 FloCollege D2 Volleyball Rankings.
The Bulldogs hold No. 1 at 21-0, while the Sunbirds remain No. 2 at 19-0. Together, the two have opened the season with 40 wins and zero losses, continuing their run atop the rankings as conference play moves deeper into October.

Wayne State (Neb.) climbs one spot to No. 3 at 21-1. Tampal follows at No. 4 with a 19-1 record, while Nebraska-Kearney slides from third to fifth after picking up its second loss of the season.
Southwest Minnesota State Volleyball makes one of the week’s biggest moves, jumping from No. 16 to No. 10. The Mustangs improved to 17-3 with a sweep of Minnesota State Moorhead on Saturday, hitting .375 in the 25-16, 25-18, 25-20 victory. Leah Jones led the offense with 11 kills and no attack errors, while Ashlynn Schroeder collected 20 digs.
West Alabama heads in the opposite direction, falling six spots to No. 19 after a four-set loss to Mississippi Christian. Klára Bobánová finished with 12 kills, and Rachele Zanini added 35 assists and 12 digs, but the Tigers hit just .110 as they dropped to 22-3.
Elsewhere, Emporia State rises from No. 15 to No. 11, and Concordia-St. Paul climbs nine places to No. 14. Colorado Mines and St. Cloud State enter at Nos. 24 and 25, while Grand Valley State and Minnesota Duluth fall outside the Top 25.
