Who Wins? No. 2 Penn State Or No. 11 Nebraska

Conference play begins this week for NCAA Division I women's volleyball teams, and one of the biggest matches on the schedule is Penn State versus Nebraska. The two decorated programs have developed a fierce rivalry over the years, and the stakes have escalated since Nebraska joined the Big Ten.

The Nittany Lions, ranked No. 2 and returning all starters from last season, lost to the Cornhuskers last year in the NCAA regional semifinals in dramatic fashion. Nebraska, currently ranked 11th and filling holes left by the graduation of four starters, was shocked by Northern Iowa in the final week of preseason. Both teams will look to prove themselves on Friday; the game is set for 8 PM ET, and will be broadcast on the Big Ten Network.
