Milwaukee Sting 16 Gold is competing up in the 17/18 Open Division at the 2017 JVA MKE Jamboree, and they are more than holding their own. The squad defeated both of its pool play opponents in straight sets, and then played MN Select's top 18s teams. Milwaukee Sting lost the match, but is ready to face MN Select again in the tournament rounds. With both teams earning byes into the semifinal of the 18 Open Gold Bracket, that rematch could definitely be in the cards.
