The Coastal Athletic Association Women’s Basketball Tournament is set to begin on March 13 in Washington D.C. with the championship game being played on March 17.
CAA Men’s Basketball teams are beginning to establish themselves in the CAA Standings along with leaders emerging across the conference as we reach the halfway point of the season. Drexel (8-2) remains at the top of the standings after an impressive 7-0 start, followed by Towson (7-2) trailing closely behind.
CAA Women’s Basketball teams have begun to establish positioning in the rankings, with Stony Brook (6-1) and North Carolina A&T (6-1) at the forefront entering February.
The CAA basketball conference is home to 14 programs across the East Coast. Each of these programs is led by highly distinguished coaches with various levels of experience and backgrounds. Amongst these coaches' coaching careers is also a great deal of playing experience at the collegiate levels and NBA that may be unknown to fans of the CAA.
Week four of conference play is set to begin this week for CAA Men's basketball. This week's matchups have the opportunity to shake up the current CAA standings with four teams tied at 4-2 and four teams also tied at 3-3 in conference play.
