FloSports Announces Multiyear Partnership With The FIVB

FloVolleyball will air a multitude of FIVB events in the U.S., including the inaugural Volleyball Nations League and this year’s World Championships.

Today, FloSports, the innovator in live sports and original content, announced a multiyear partnership with the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB), in collaboration with IMG, to air a multitude of FIVB events, including the inaugural Volleyball Nations League (VNL) and this year’s World Championships, on FloVolleyball.tv in the U.S. 

The agreement with FIVB totals 465 matches in 2018, and positions FloVolleyball as the No. 1 site for men’s and women’s volleyball coverage in the U.S. Overall this year, FloVolleyball will carry 208 days of live volleyball coverage spanning FIVB and VNL, the Big Ten Conference, Norceca Volleyball Confederation, Eastern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (EIVA), and Junior Volleyball Association (JVA) competitions.

The FIVB is the governing body for indoor and beach volleyball. The FIVB has enjoyed great success over the last 70 years; volleyball has grown to become one of the most popular and widely practiced sports in the world. This is a pivotal moment in the future of volleyball.The  creation of the Volleyball Nations League, a joint project between FIVB and IMG, is the most important competition in the FIVB’s history and will revolutionize how volleyball is presented; making it more fan-centric and placing our fans, both inside and outside the stadium, at the very heart of the action. Elite athletes from around the world have competed in the prestigious FIVB events, including two-time USA Volleyball Indoor Female Player of the Year Jordan Larson and two-time Olympian Matt Anderson.

The following FIVB events and championships will be aired in the U.S.on FloVolleyball.tv as part of this deal:

  • FIVB Volleyball Nations League: 2018-2020
  • FIVB Volleyball Men’s and Women’s World Championships: 2018
  • FIVB Volleyball Men’s and Women’s World Cup: 2019
  • FIVB Volleyball Men’s and Women’s Club World Championships: 2018-2020
