Harvard clinched its first EIVA Championship and its first trip to the NCAA Tournament in program history on Saturday, knocking off rival Princeton 3-1 in the final of the EIVA Tournament.

The victory was the Crimson's third against the Tigers in 2018, coming by set scores of 25-20, 26-24, and 25-23.

Harvard was dominant on the attack against a previously aggressive Tigers squad. Three Harvard players reached double-digit kills, including Trevor Dow, who hammered home a career-best 12 kills with zero errors, resulting in a team-high .800 hitting percentage.

Chase Howard was back in the lineup for the Crimson and made the most of the opportunity, notching a team-leading 11 digs. Harvard out-hit Princeton .403 to .355.

Brad Gretsch was named Most Outstanding Player of the 2018 EIVA Tournament. Riley Moore and Marko Kostich were selected to the All-EIVA Tournament Team.

Harvard will await its seeding in the 2018 NCAA Tournament during the NCAA Selection Show on Sunday, April 22 at 1 PM (ET).
