Meet The 2017 Under Armour All-Americans: Holly Campbell
Meet The 2017 Under Armour All-Americans: Holly Campbell
First Team high school All-American Holly Campbell added international experience to her resume this August.

Holly Campbell might have been one of the very last top recruits in the class of 2018 to make her college commitment announcement, but for good reason. Campbell wanted to go to reigning national championship program Stanford, and because of the rigorous academic environment of the university, recruits have to wait until they get in to the school to announce their commitment.
Holly Campbell
Position: Middle blocker
Height: 6-foot-4
High School: Westlake (Austin, TX)
Club: Austin Juniors
College Commitment: Stanford
The 6-4 middle blocker from Austin, Texas, set a single-season school record at Westlake with 174 blocks in her junior season. That year, she added 280 kills and 51 aces and was named the district’s most valuable player.
This fall, Campbell missed a few weeks of the high school season after being selected to train and compete with the U.S. youth national team. She was a member of the squad that traveled to Argentina for the FIVB Girls U18 World Championships. Also on the team were two other 2017 Under Armour First Team All-Americans: Nicklin Hames and Brooke Nuneviller.
Despite missing more than half of the high school season, Campbell recorded 98 kills, hitting .456, along with 56 blocks for the 2017 Westlake squad that lost to O’Connor in the second round of the Texas 6A regionals.
