Thirty-one years ago, Glover took the girls volleyball head coaching job at Wando High School. The former University of South Carolina volleyball player has won three state titles and 11 Lower State titles at Wando. This fall, the Warriors posted a 48-4-1 record on its way to a runner-up finish in the 5A state tournament.

Young’s Lancers went 35-3 this season and advanced to the Missouri Class 4 quarterfinals, earning them a No. 2 state ranking. Last fall, after winning his sixth consecutive state title as a member of the Lafayette coaching staff, Young was named the USA Today National High School Coach of the Year.
