FloVolleyball Player of the Week: Collin Mahan

Loyola Athletics Collin Mahan Loyola

Sophomore Collin Mahan had 12 kills in Loyola's upset of BYU in the first full weekend of NCAA men's volleyball competition, tying fellow Ramblers Paul Narup and Ben Plaisted for the team-high mark.

Mahan, a native of Victor, New York, contributed in all aspects of the four-set victory, adding seven digs and three block assists to the final stat line. The 6-5 sophomore earned Honorable Mention All-MIVA honors as a freshman, collecting 171 kills in his first collegiate season.
