Top Talent On Display At Lone Star Classic
The second and final weekend of action at the Lone Star Classic Qualifier kicks off in Dallas this Friday, April 14, at 8 AM CT.

With top talent from across Texas and the rest of the country, there will be plenty of great volleyball to watch, but if you're searching for the best of the best, look no further. Here are our picks for the top players at the tournament.

1. Asjia O'Neal, MB, TAV 17 Black


As a sophomore, Asjia O'Neal earned district MVP honors in Texas 5-6A. As a junior, the Texas commit's star is only continuing to rise as she plays a key role on the undefeated TAV 17 Black squad.

2. Adanna Rollins, OH, TAV 17 Black


At age 13, Adanna Rollins could touch 9 feet, 9.5 inches. Now a high school junior, Rollins is the go-to outside hitter for the untouchable TAV 17 Black.

3. Julia Handy, S, Rage 17 Gabe


A smart setter with good defensive instincts, Arizona commit Julia Handy is the leader and quarterback for California powerhouse Rage 17 Gabe.

4. Lauren Dooley, MB, Skyline 17 Royal


A 6-5 Florida commit, Lauren Dooley is an impressive force at the net for Skyline 17 Royal, which finished fourth at Triple Crown and second at the Pacific Northwest Qualifier.

5. Holly Campbell, MB, Austin Juniors 17 Mizuno


A dominant player at the net with size, speed, and a lightning-fast arm, Holly Campbell will be a key play for AJV 17 Mizuno. The junior from Westlake High School hasn't made an official commitment yet, but we have no doubt we'll be seeing her at a top program after graduation next spring.



6. Georgia Murphy, L, Texas Tornados 17 Mizuno


Texas Tornados 17 Mizuno libero Georgia Murphy gave her verbal commitment to Oregon as a freshman. As a sophomore, Murphy plays up on the Texas Tornados' top 17s team.

7. Camryn Ennis, OH, Alamo 17 Premier


Six-foot setter Camryn Ennis runs the Alamo 17 Premier offense with ease and contributes as an offensive and defensive threat as well. The Kansas recruit has dished her Alamo team to a fifth-place finish at the Disney Qualifier.

9. Kynnedi Johnson, OH, Houston Skyline 16 Royal


Baylor commit Kynnedi Johnson is an explosive and powerful attacker who goes for a kill with every swing. Touching 10-3, Johnson is a tough player to defend.

10. Cassie Srb, S, Houston Stellar 16 Elite


Expect college coaches to gather around the Houston Stellar 16 Elite court. One player they'll be watching closely? Setter Cassie Srb, a lefty setter who plays all aspects of the game well.

11. Skylar Fields, OH, Houston Juniors 16 Elite


High-flying Houston Juniors outside hitter Skylar Fields announced her verbal commitment to Texas earlier this year. The 6-2 Fields is considered one of the top players in the Class of 2019.

12. Madisen Skinner, MB/OH, Houston Skyline 16 Royal


A freshman playing up on Houston Skyline's top 16s team, Madisen Skinner is the younger sister of Kentucky-bound senior Avery Skinner. Madisen is known for her incredible blocking skills, but it's her all-around abilities that make her such a valuable member of her team.

13. McKenzie Morvant, MB, Houston Stellar 15 Elite


Freshman middle McKenzie Morvant is a key player for Houston Stellar 15 Elite. Her work ethic has made her an effective player on both sides of the ball.

14. Camryn Upshaw, MB, Texas Image 15 Mizuno


Standing 6-1 with big hops, Camryn Upshaw makes her presence known at the net for Texas Image 15 Mizuno. Expect her to be another big draw for college coaches from elite programs.
